  • Wheat flour
    200 g
  • Rice noodles
    130 g
  • Dry yeast
    2 packets
  • Olive oil
    1,5 tbsp
  • Iodized salt
    ½ tsp
  • Water
    260 ml
Method

Step by step

    Knead flour, rice noodles, yeast, salt and oil with water into a dough.

    Let rest at least 1 hour or overnight in fridge.

    Stretch dough oval and place on greased baking sheet.

    Top as desired and bake in hot oven at 250°C until crispy.
