  • Whole-grain spelt flour
    65 g
  • Fresh yeast
    1 cube
  • Water
    50 ml
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Honey
    ¼ tbsp
  • Sunflower seeds
    10 g
  • Flax seeds
    5 g
  • Sesame
    2,5 g
Method

Step by step

    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water with honey.

    Mix flour, salt, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and sesame in a bowl.

    Add yeast mixture and knead everything into a smooth dough.

    Let rise covered for 45 min in a warm place.

    Briefly knead dough again and place into a greased loaf pan.

    Let rise another 20 min.

  7. 7

    Bake at 200°C for about 45 min.

    Cool on a rack.
