Method

Step by step

    Prepare yeast dough from flour, yeast, water, salt and oil and let rise for 30 min.

    Filling: combine mince with bell pepper, onions, garlic, tomato paste and spices.

    Roll dough oval, place filling in middle, fold up edges and twist.

    Bake in oven at 220°C for about 15-20 min, add egg in middle towards the end.
