Step by step

    Process flour with salt, sugar and cold butter into crumbs.

    Add water, knead quickly into dough.

    Rest in fridge 30 min.

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Roll out dough, line tart pan with it.

    Whisk eggs, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla and salt.

    Distribute pecans on base.
