  • Lime juice
    ½ tbsp

  • Cilantro

Method

Step by step

    Boil potatoes, cauliflower, peas and carrots in salted water until soft, drain.

    Finely chop 2 onions and garlic.

    Heat butter in a large pan.

    Sauté onion, add garlic and ginger.

    Dice bell pepper and briefly fry.

    Add tomatoes, simmer 5 min.

    Stir in pav-bhaji masala.

    Add cooked vegetables and mash with a masher.

    Simmer 10 min, season with lime juice and salt.

    Halve buns, fry golden in butter, serve with bhaji, chopped onion and cilantro.
