  • Beef mince
    125 g
  • Strained tomatoes

  • Garlic cloves

Method

Step by step

    Brown mince in large pot, add onions and garlic.

    Add finely diced carrots and celery and sauté along.

  3. 3

    Deglaze with red wine, stir in strained tomatoes and spices.

    Add spaghetti (raw!) and water, cook everything together in pot.

  5. 5

    Stir occasionally until pasta is cooked and sauce has thickened.
