    100 g
  • Tomatoes 200 g pureedOr: Pureed tomatoes
    as needed
  • Garlic cloves

  • Chili pepperOr: Chili flakes

  • Parsley
    1 bunch

Method

Step by step

    Slice garlic thinly, slice chili into rings.

    Warm olive oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Sauté garlic and chili over medium heat 2 min, do not brown.

    Add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Simmer 12 min until sauce thickens.

  6. 6

    Cook pasta al dente, reserving pasta water.

  7. 7

    Add pasta to sauce, combine with some pasta water.

  8. 8

    Chop parsley and fold in.

  9. 9

    Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
