- Short-grain rice65 g

- Tomato paste½ tbsp
- Strained tomatoes100 g

Method
Step by step

Wash bell peppers, cut off tops and remove seeds.

Mix mince with diced onions, garlic, rice, tomato paste and spices.

Fill bell peppers with mince filling and place in baking dish.

Pour strained tomatoes over and bake in oven at 180°C for about 45 min.
