Method

Step by step

    Mix yogurt with pressed garlic, grated ginger, curry, turmeric, chili, garam masala, lime juice, salt and oil.

    Cube paneer into 3 cm pieces.

    Cut bell pepper and onion into pieces.

    Quarter and deseed tomatoes.

    Marinate paneer and vegetables in marinade min. 30 min.

    Soak wooden skewers in water.

    Skewer paneer alternating with vegetables.

    Heat grill pan strongly.

    Grill skewers all around 8 min, repeatedly brushing with marinade.
