    as needed
  • Olives black

  • Bell pepper

  • Basil
    1 bunch
  • Olive oil

  • Apple vinegarOr: Red wine vinegar

  • Iodized salt

Method

Step by step

    Slice ciabatta horizontally, hollow out some crumb.

    Rub both insides with halved garlic.

  3. 3

    Slice tomatoes and bell pepper, slice red onion into rings.

    Slice eggs.

    Mix olive oil with vinegar, salt and pepper into vinaigrette.

    Drizzle bread insides with vinaigrette.

    Top bottom half with tomatoes, pepper, onion, anchovies, eggs, tuna and olives.

    Tear basil on top.

    Place lid on and press together well.

    Rest 30 min weighted, then cut into pieces.
