Method

Step by step

    Wash orange and lemon hot and slice.

    Pour red wine and orange juice into a pot.

    Add sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, vanilla and orange and lemon slices.

    Heat slowly over low heat, do not boil.

    Steep 20 min.

    Strain into glasses or cups.
