  • Short-grain rice

  • Chicken thigh

  • Fresh shrimp

  • Mussels
    ¼ kg
  • Bell pepper

  • Tomato

Method

Step by step

    Sear chicken in paella pan with oil on all sides, remove.

    Sauté onions and garlic, add bell pepper and tomatoes.

    Stir in rice, deglaze with broth, stir in saffron and paprika powder.

    Place chicken on the rice, simmer over medium heat for about 20 min.

    Place shrimp and mussels on top and cook for another 10 min until everything is done.
