  • Rice noodles
    130 g
  • Chicken breast
    250 g
  • Eggs
    2 Stk
  • Spring onions

  • Soy sprouts

Method

Step by step

    Soak or cook rice noodles according to package instructions.

    Cut chicken breast into strips and fry in hot oil.

    Add garlic and briefly sauté. Add eggs and stir scramble-style.

    Add noodles, soy sprouts and sauce (soy sauce, fish sauce, tamarind, sugar) and mix everything.

    Serve with spring onions, peanuts and lime wedges.
