  • Water
    130 ml
  • Rice vinegar
    ½ tbsp
  • Sugar
    ¼ tsp
  • Iodized salt
    ½ tsp
  • Mushrooms brownOr: Mushrooms

Method

Step by step

    Wash rice thoroughly until water runs clear.

    Simmer with water in a covered pot 18 minutes, then rest 10 min.

    Warm rice vinegar with sugar and salt, mix into hot rice, cool.

    Bake salmon in foil 12 min at 180°C, break apart with mayo and soy sauce.

    Moisten hands with salt water.

    Spread a portion of rice flat in hand.

  7. 7

    Place salmon filling or umeboshi in middle.

  8. 8

    Form rice around filling and press into triangles.

  9. 9

    Wrap with nori strips.

    Sprinkle with sesame and serve.
