  • White wine

Step by step

    Chop onions and garlic, sauté in oil.

    Add risotto rice, briefly toast.

    Add white wine and reduce.

    Add broth, cover.

    Cook in oven at 180°C for 30 min.

    Stir in butter and Parmesan.

    Finely chop herbs and fold in.

    Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
