Method

Step by step

    Cut potatoes into wedges, carrots into sticks.

    Cut bell pepper into rough pieces, zucchini into slices, onions into wedges.

    Crush garlic unpeeled.

    Combine everything with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and paprika powder.

    Spread on a baking tray with parchment.

  6. 6

    Roast at 200°C for about 35 min until golden, flip once.

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
