  • Eggplants

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Red onions

  • Feta sheep cheese

  • Olive oil
    1,5 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves

Method

Step by step

    Cut vegetables into rough pieces.

    Mix with olive oil, chopped garlic, herbs, salt and pepper.

    Spread on baking sheet.

    Cube feta and spread on top.

    Roast at 200°C for about 30 min.

    Stir once in between.

    Serve with fresh bread or couscous.
