  • Chicken breast
    200 g
  • Cream
    80 ml
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Mustard
    ½ tbsp
  • Paprika powder
    ½ tsp
  • Thyme
    4 sprigs
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Broth
    50 ml
  • Onion
    1 Stk
Method

Step by step

    Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Sear in oil.

    Chop onions and garlic, sauté in pan drippings.

  4. 4

    Deglaze with broth.

  5. 5

    Add cream, mustard and thyme.

  6. 6

    Place chicken back in sauce.

  7. 7

    Finish in oven at 180°C for about 25 min.
