- Mustard½ tbsp
- Paprika powder½ tsp
- Thyme4 sprigs
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Broth50 ml

Method
Step by step

Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and paprika.

Sear in oil.

Chop onions and garlic, sauté in pan drippings.

Deglaze with broth.

Add cream, mustard and thyme.

Place chicken back in sauce.

Finish in oven at 180°C for about 25 min.
