Step by step

    Grind hazelnuts.

    Separate eggs, beat yolks with sugar until creamy.

    Stir in melted butter and vanilla.

    Add nuts, baking powder and salt.

    Coarsely chop chocolate and fold in.

    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.

    Bake in springform pan at 175°C for about 40 min.
