  • Beef mince
    100 g
  • Strained tomatoes

  • Garlic cloves

  • Cream

  • Emmental

Method

Step by step

    Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

    Chop onions and garlic, brown with mince.

    Add strained tomatoes, cream and spices, simmer for 10 min.

    Mix spaghetti with mince sauce.

    Fill into baking dish.

    Sprinkle with grated Emmental.

    Bake at 200°C for about 20 min until golden brown.
