Method

Step by step

    Cook rice and let cool.

    Finely chop onions, garlic and ginger.

    Sauté in oil.

    Cut bell pepper into strips, add.

    Whisk eggs, scramble in pan, set aside.

    Add rice to pan and stir-fry.

    Season with soy sauce.

    Fold in soy sprouts, eggs, sesame oil and chili flakes.

    Serve with spring onions and sesame.
