  • Soy sauce

Method

Step by step

    Cook rice ideally the day before and refrigerate.

    Finely chop shallots, garlic and chili.

  3. 3

    Slice chicken into strips.

  4. 4

    Heat wok strongly, add oil.

    Fry chicken 3 minutes, remove.

    Stir-fry shallots, garlic and chili 2 minutes.

    Add sambal and rice, fry 5 minutes with constant stirring.

    Return chicken to wok, add soy sauces, mix well.

    Stir in spring onions.

    Fry sunny-side eggs in separate pan, serve rice with fried egg, krupuk and salad of cucumber and tomato.
