Method

Step by step

    Base: warm 100 g butter with cocoa, sugar and egg in a pot, stir constantly until thick.

    Off heat, stir in crumbled biscuits, coconut flakes and almonds.

    Press into a square pan and chill 30 minutes.

    Middle layer: beat 80 g butter with pudding powder, milk and powdered sugar into creamy mass.

    Spread on base.

    Chill 30 minutes.

    Topping: melt chocolate with remaining butter over a water bath.

    Pour chocolate onto middle layer, smooth.

    Set in fridge for 2 hours.
