  • Fresh yeast
    1 cube
  • Butter

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon

Method

Step by step

    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk with sugar.

    Add flour, salt, egg and 50 g soft butter.

    Knead into a smooth dough.

    Let rise covered for 60 min.

    Roll out dough into a rectangle.

    Place remaining cold butter in thin slices on the dough.

    Fold dough, chill and roll out again (repeat 2–3 times).

    Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.

    Roll dough into a rectangle, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
