  • Butter biscuits

  • Lime juice
    20 ml
  • Lime zest
    ¼ tbsp
  • Egg yolk
    1 Stk
  • Sweetened condensed milk
    50 g
  • Whipping cream
    30 ml
  • Powdered sugar

  • Iodized salt

Method

Step by step

    Preheat oven to 175°C.

    Finely crumble biscuits, mix with melted butter.

    Press crumbs into a tart pan (24 cm), pull up the sides.

    Pre-bake 10 minutes, let cool.

    Beat egg yolks with lime zest until fluffy.

    Stir in condensed milk and lime juice.

    Pour filling into pan.

    Bake 15 minutes, center should slightly wobble.

    Cool completely, refrigerate at least 3 hours.

    Whip cream with powdered sugar, top pie and garnish with lime zest.
