Method

Step by step

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Finely crush biscuits, mix with melted butter.

    Press into a tart pan and bake 10 minutes, cool.

    Melt chocolate with butter over a water bath.

    Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.

    Fold in chocolate, add vanilla and salt.

    Pour onto crust.

    Bake 20 minutes, should be set on top, fudgy in middle.

    Whip cream with cocoa stiff, spread on cooled pie.

    Sprinkle with chopped pecans, refrigerate 2 hours.
