Method

Step by step

    Preheat oven to 200°C.

    Drain and rinse beans.

    Mash avocado with lime juice, pressed garlic and salt into guacamole.

    Dice tomatoes and red onion, mix with chopped cilantro into salsa.

    Spread tortilla chips on a baking tray.

    Sprinkle with beans, jalapeños and cheese.

    Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
