Method

Step by step

    Mix yeast with sugar and lukewarm milk, let rise 10 minutes.

    Mix flour with baking powder and salt.

    Add yeast milk, yogurt and egg.

    Knead into smooth dough.

    Let dough rise 1 hour.

    Divide into 8 portions and flatten oval.

    Brush with pressed garlic and chopped cilantro.

    Sprinkle with nigella seeds.

    Very hot pan without oil: fry naan 1-2 minutes per side until golden, until bubbles form.
