- Salami25 g
- Mortadella25 g
- Cooked ham25 g
- ProvoloneOr: Mozzarella25 g
- Olives green25 g
- Carrots 1 pc pickledOr: Giardinieraas needed
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Olive oil20 ml
- Parsley1 bunch
- Oregano dried¼ tsp
- Pepper¼ tsp

Step by step

Coarsely chop olives, mix with pickled carrots, pressed garlic, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, parsley and pepper.

Let olive salad rest at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.

Slice ciabatta horizontally.

Brush inside of bottom half with some olive salad oil.

Top generously with olive salad.

Layer salami, mortadella and ham.

Place provolone on top.

Cover with more olive salad.

Place lid on, press down firmly.

Rest weighted 30 minutes, cut into wedges.
