Method

Step by step

    Preheat oven to 200°C.

    Grease 6 ramekins and dust with cocoa or flour.

    Melt chocolate with butter over a water bath.

    Beat eggs with egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy.

    Stir in chocolate mixture.

    Fold in flour.

    Fill ramekins 3/4 full.

    Bake 11-12 minutes: set outside, runny inside.

    Rest 1 minute, carefully invert.
