- Vanilla¼ tsp
- Lemon juice½ tbsp
- Vanilla ice cream4 scoops
- Milk chocolate40 g
- Cream30 ml
- Sliced almonds10 g
Method
Step by step

Peel, halve and core pears.

Bring water, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice to a boil.

Gently poach pears in it for 10–15 min, let cool.

Melt chocolate with cream over a water bath.

Plate pears with vanilla ice cream.

Pour warm chocolate sauce over.
