  • Pears
    1 Stk
  • Sugar
    25 g
  • Water
    130 ml
  • Vanilla
    ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Vanilla ice cream
    4 scoops
  • Milk chocolate
    40 g
  • Cream
    30 ml
  • Sliced almonds
    10 g
Method

Step by step

    Peel, halve and core pears.

    Bring water, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice to a boil.

    Gently poach pears in it for 10–15 min, let cool.

    Melt chocolate with cream over a water bath.

  5. 5

    Plate pears with vanilla ice cream.

  6. 6

    Pour warm chocolate sauce over.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
