  • Carrots
    175 g
  • Ginger
    1 cm
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Coconut milk
    100 ml
  • Vegetable broth
    150 ml
  • Raisins
    15 g
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Lemon juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Cilantro

Method

Step by step

    Peel carrots and dice coarsely.

    Chop onion, garlic and ginger.

    Sauté in oil until soft.

    Add carrots and briefly sauté.

    Pour in vegetable broth and coconut milk.

    Simmer for 20 min, then purée.
