  • Zucchini
    75 g
  • Eggs

  • Wheat flour

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Method

Step by step

    Coarsely grate carrots and zucchini.

    Squeeze well to remove water.

    Combine with eggs, flour, salt, pepper, chopped spring onions and garlic.

    Heat oil, drop spoonfuls of batter and flatten.

    Fry for 3-4 min on each side until golden brown.

    Mix yogurt with lemon juice and salt.

    Serve fritters with yogurt dip.
