  • Fresh yeast
    5 g
  • Water
    60 ml
  • Olive oil

  • Strained tomatoes

  • Mozzarella

  • Oregano

  • Ham

Step by step

    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

    Knead flour, salt, olive oil and yeast water into a smooth dough.

    Let rise for 60 min.

    Divide dough into small portions and roll out thinly.

    Spread with strained tomatoes.

    Top with mozzarella, ham and bell pepper.

    Sprinkle with oregano.

    Bake at 220°C for about 12-15 min until crispy.
