- Beef minceOr: Lamb mince125 g
- Onions1 Stk
- Carrots1 Stk
- Mushrooms brownOr: Mushrooms40 g
- Tomato paste½ tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce¼ tbsp
- Beef broth50 ml
- Wheat flour¼ tbsp
- Rice vinegar½ tbsp
- Eggs 1 pc whiskedas needed
- Butter10 g
- Iodized salt¼ tsp
- Pepper¼ tsp

Step by step

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Finely dice onion and carrot, dice mushrooms.

Heat butter in a pan, brown mince crumbly.

Add onion, carrot and mushrooms, sauté 5 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and flour.

Deglaze with broth, add thyme, simmer 15 minutes.

Line pie tins with puff pastry.

Fill with filling, cover with puff pastry, press edges.

Brush with egg, score.

Bake 25 minutes until golden brown.
