  • Wheat flour

Method

Step by step

    Pound schnitzel, salt and pepper.

    Mix breadcrumbs with pressed garlic and chopped parsley.

    Dredge schnitzel in flour, then whisked egg, then breadcrumbs.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Fry schnitzel 3 minutes per side until golden brown.

    Place on baking tray.

    Brush with pureed tomatoes, season with oregano.

    Top with ham, distribute mozzarella on top.

    Bake at 200°C 10 minutes until cheese is golden.
