  • Kidney beans

  • Canned corn

  • Strained tomatoes

  • Enchilada sauce
    50 ml
  • Onion

  • Garlic cloves

Method

Step by step

    Chop onions and garlic, sauté in oil.

    Add ground beef and brown until crumbly.

    Stir in beans, corn, strained tomatoes, enchilada sauce and spices.

    Simmer for 5 min.

    Layer baking dish with mince mixture, tortillas and cheese.
