  • Cherry tomatoes
    75 g
  • Cucumber

  • Bell pepper

  • Red onions

  • Olives

  • Feta sheep cheese

  • Olive oil

Method

Step by step

    Cut bread into cubes and roast at 200°C for 8 min until crispy.

    Halve cherry tomatoes, dice cucumber and bell pepper.

    Cut red onion into rings.

    Whisk dressing from olive oil, balsamic, garlic, salt and pepper.

    Mix vegetables with dressing, let sit for 10 min.

    Fold in bread cubes just before serving.

    Crumble feta, sprinkle olives and basil on top.
