  • Olive oil

  • Pork mince

  • Bread roll 1 pc stale

  • Milk
    30 ml
  • Onions

  • Nutmeg

  • Bacon cubes

  • Beef broth 0.5 l for serving

Method

Step by step

    Knead flour, eggs, salt, oil and water into smooth pasta dough.

    Let rest 30 minutes.

    Blanch spinach, squeeze, finely chop.

    Soak bread roll in milk, squeeze.

  5. 5

    Finely chop onion, dice bacon and fry in a pan.

    Mix with spinach, mince, bread roll, parsley and nutmeg into filling.

    Roll out pasta dough very thinly.

    Apply filling as strips, brush with egg white, fold in, press into pieces.

    Steep in salted water 10 minutes, do not boil.

    Serve in broth or fried in butter with onions.
