- Mushrooms brown50 g

- Wheat flour10 g
- Beef broth100 ml
- Worcestershire sauce¼ tbsp
- Soy sauce¼ tbsp
- Long-grain rice75 g
- Sunflower oil½ tbsp

Step by step

Cook rice according to package instructions.

Soak bread roll in milk, squeeze.

Knead mince with bread roll, 1 egg, salt and pepper.

Form four flat patties.

Fry in a pan with oil 4 minutes per side, remove.

Dice onions and mushrooms, sauté in pan.

Stir in butter and flour, deglaze with broth.

Add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, simmer 5 minutes.

Fry remaining eggs sunny-side up.
