  • Lobster meatOr: Crab meat
    125 g
  • Hot dog bun
    1 Stk
  • Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp
  • Lime juiceOr: Lemon juice
    ¼ tbsp
  • Celery stalk
    1 stalk
  • Chives
    1 bunch
  • Butter
    15 g
  • Tarragon
    ¼ tbsp
  • Pepper
    ¼ tsp
  • Iodized salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Lettuce hearts
    1 leaf
Method

Step by step

    Pull lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.

    Finely dice celery, chop chives.

    Gently mix lobster with mayo, lime juice, celery, tarragon, salt and pepper.

    Refrigerate 30 minutes.

    Slice hot dog buns on the side.

    Brush outsides with butter.

    Toast in a pan until golden.

    Place lettuce leaf inside, generously fill with lobster salad.

    Sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
