Method

Step by step

    Cook lentils until soft.

    Chop onions and garlic, sauté.

    Add lentils and strained tomatoes, season.

    Stir cream cheese with milk into a sauce.

    Layer alternately pasta sheets, lentil sauce and cream cheese sauce.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 180°C for about 35 min.
