  • Waxy potatoes

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Sausage

  • Broth
    ½ l
  • Vinegar

Method

Step by step

    Wash lentils and start in broth.

    Dice potatoes, carrots and celery.

    Chop onion, sauté in oil.

    Add vegetables to lentils after 15 min.

    Add bay leaf and marjoram.

  6. 6

    Add sliced sausage.

    Simmer for another 20 min.

    Season with vinegar, salt and pepper.
