  • Spaetzle
    100 g
  • Onion

  • Bacon
    25 g
  • Vinegar

  • Broth
    200 ml
  • Salt

  • Marjoram

Method

Step by step

    Cook lentils in broth with bay leaf and marjoram for about 25 min.

    Dice bacon and fry until crispy.

    Sauté onions in it.

    Dust with flour.

    Add to lentil soup.

    Season generously with vinegar, salt and pepper.
