- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Lime juice1 tbsp
- Fish sauce¾ tbsp
- Brown sugar¼ tsp
- Rice flour 0.5 tbsp toastedOr: Cornstarchas needed
- Chili flakes½ tsp
- Mint1 bunch
- Cilantro1 bunch
- Lettuce hearts1 Stk
- Spring onions1 Stk
- Sunflower oil¼ tbsp

Step by step

Toast rice flour in a dry pan until golden brown.

Heat oil in a pan.

Brown chicken mince with pressed garlic crumbly, cool.

Slice shallots and spring onions thinly.

Coarsely chop mint and cilantro.

Mix mince with lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and chili flakes in a bowl.

Fold in shallots, spring onions and herbs.

Stir in toasted rice flour.

Fill into lettuce leaves and serve with sticky rice.
