  • Salmon fillet
    150 g
  • Sesame
    1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Honey
    ½ tbsp
  • Wasabi paste
    ½ tsp
  • Ginger
    ½ cm
  • Thyme
    2 sprigs
  • Lime juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Chives
    1 bunch
Method

Step by step

    Mix soy sauce, honey, wasabi, ginger and lime juice into a marinade.

    Brush salmon with it.

    Marinate 20 min.

    Roll salmon in sesame.

    Heat oil, fry salmon 3–4 min per side.

    Serve with chives and soy sauce.
