    150 g
  • Spinach
    125 g
  • Cream
    50 ml
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Lemon juice
    ¾ tbsp
  • Butter
    10 g
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper

  • Nutmeg

Method

Step by step

    Sauté spinach in butter, add garlic.

    Pour in cream, season with nutmeg and salt.

    Fill into a baking dish.

    Season salmon with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

    Place on the spinach.

    Bake at 180°C for about 18–20 min.

    Serve with dill and lemon wedges.
