  • Onions

  • Pickled beetroot
    50 g
  • Pickled gherkins

  • Beef broth

Method

Step by step

    Peel potatoes, cook in water.

    Finely chop onions, sweat in butter until translucent.

    Coarsely chop corned beef, add to onions and briefly fry.

    Deglaze with broth, add bay.

    Mash potatoes.

    Add mash to meat mixture, mix well, season with salt and pepper.

    Fry sunny-side eggs in a pan.

    Arrange labskaus on plates.

    Top with fried egg, beetroot and gherkins on the side.
