  • Hokkaido pumpkin
    35 g
  • Wheat flour
    20 g
  • Sugar
    15 g
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Vegetable oil
    10 ml
  • Baking powder
    1 Pck
  • Cinnamon
    ¼ tsp
  • Nutmeg
    1 pinch
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Powdered sugar
    ¼ tbsp
Method

Step by step

    Peel and finely grate pumpkin.

    Beat eggs with sugar and oil until fluffy.

    Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and vanilla sugar.

    Fold flour mixture and pumpkin in alternately.

    Fill into a greased springform pan.

    Bake at 175°C for about 50 min.

    Let cool, dust with powdered sugar.
