  • Potatoes waxy
    100 g
  • Cream
    60 ml
  • Grated cheese

  • Onion

  • Garlic cloves

  • Butter

  • Thyme
    2 sprigs
  • Nutmeg

Method

Step by step

    Peel pumpkin and potatoes and slice.

    Chop onion and garlic.

    Heat butter, sweat onions.

    Mix cream, garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Layer pumpkin and potatoes alternately in a baking dish.

    Pour cream over.

    Top with cheese and thyme.

    Bake at 180°C for about 40 min.
